Member Support Services, LLC (MSS) is a credit union service organization (CUSO), dedicated to helping small- and mid-sized credit unions scale their operations and save costs through collaboration.

Founded in 2013, MSS draws upon successful shared services models from global industries such as banking and insurance to empower our partner credit unions to leverage the power of collaboration for greater efficiency, expense reduction and operational excellence.

Our unique shared services model fosters economies of scale and standardization, which allow credit unions to retain independence while enjoying significant financial and operational benefits.
