MSS welcomes Erin Coleman as she joins the Advisory Board in 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the credit union movement. As Vice President of Industry Impact at Callahan & Associates, Erin leads strategic initiatives that strengthen credit union operations and advance their mission to serve members and communities.

Erin focuses on building collaborative partnerships, delivering impactful consulting engagements and driving operational improvements across the industry. A respected facilitator, relationship builder and speaker, she is dedicated to helping credit unions turn insights into action. In addition to her role with MSS, she serves on the Southern Regional Chapter board of the African American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC). She is an active member of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, CU*Pride and the National Association of Latino Credit Unions & Professionals (NALCUP).
